Agreement of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Elenity Clique LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.elementmedicalcoding.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY
Terms and Conditions
Students must follow the following Terms and Conditions during the training program:
● Students must attend online classes regularly. Don’t miss classes frequently. If continued classes are missed then students are not allowed to join another batch (Only in exceptional conditions students are allowed to join the batch.)
● If students are missed to join the classes then a recording of the class will be shared. (Only 5 Lecture will be shared, more than 5 lectures will be sent only in exceptional cases)
● Training Fee will be paid either in a lump sum or in two Installments. Fees must be paid after Two lectures.
● If the Fee is paid in installments, the second installment must be paid after 30 days of the first installment.
● Paid Fee will not be refunded in between the training. Only in genuine conditions, management will make the decision on this matter.
● Students must clear all the Chapterwise Assessment and Mock Tests with 75% Passing Marks to get the certificate from Element Medical Coding. In case of a student does not complete the Assessment then they will not be eligible to get the certificate.
● Any kind of online material theft, shared, sell, or use for another purpose by any students to other people, organizations, or any other entity is a punishable offense. If anyone can involve in such activity the person can terminate the institution and sue can also be done by the management in such cases.
● The Credential for the LMS can be worked on 2 devices. If any share of the credential with anyone (Other than the registered user) can consider an offense and the credentials can be terminated by the IT Team at the same time. If the password is attempted wrong 2 times then it will be blocked and need to be reset again by IT Team. LMS access will provide only for 6 Months after that renewal required, which is chargeable.
Please read carefully all the Terms and Condition and after “Acceptance” the course will available by the LMS.
